| Piotruś nie do końca to jest prawdą co wypisują wszystkie media (aż nie będę podawał linków do wszytskich portali, które napisały jeden za drugim to samo). W zamian za to proponuje preczytać to: http://www.ariss.klubastro.info/?p=315.
Ale ARISS należy robić i cieszyć się tym co mamy. Biorąc pod uwagę, że od złożenia wniosku do samego kontaktu mija do 2 lat, to zachęcam wszystkich do tego by jak najszybciej składali wnioski.
Często ludzie nie wiedzą co zrobić i jak zacząć. Dlatego warto wymienić się doświadczeniami. Zapraszam więc wszystkich na stronę http://ariss.krotkofalowcy.org/ do podzielenia się swoją opinią na temat takiego spotkania.

Kontakt ARISS zaplanowany w schronisku młodzieżowym „La Foresta”, Włochy
W czwartek, 11 sierpnia około 8:49 UTC, czyli 10:49 czasu w Polsce, zaplanowany jest kontakt ARISS dla schroniska młodzieżowego „La Foresta” we Włoszech. Od 2009 roku, w schronisku młodzieżowym „La Foresta” w pobliżu jeziora Trasimeno i Perugia, Panda Avventure organizowany jest jeden z najciekawszych programów edukacyjnych: „Astronauci w Lasie” dla około 200 dzieci w wieku od 11 do 14 lat.
Program łączy w sobie badania Ziemi z badaniem kosmosu i poznawaniem przestrzeni kosmicznej oraz wielką grą. Dzieci są zaproszone do wyobrażenia sobie, jak „Obcy” lądują na naszej planecie oraz do uczestnictwa każdego dnia w różnych „Misjach” w celu poznania ekologicznych problemów dotyczących Ziemi i próbując znaleźć rozwiązanie na każdy z problemów.
Schronisko zostało wyposażone w dwie duże półkule (dwa „statki kosmiczne”) umieszczone w lesie i wyposażone w laboratoria, instrumenty GPS, teleskop, duży ekran do projekcji filmów, komputery, mapy nieba, bibliotekę z materiałami edukacyjnymi. To był pierwszy program tego typu we Włoszech, wspierany przez ESA (Europejską Agencję Kosmiczną)/ ESRIN (European Space Research Institute –Europejski Instytut Badań Naukowych Kosmosu) z bardzo istotnym wkładem, dostarczając dla obozu materiały edukacyjne. Wszystkie aktywności zawierają następujące elementy: badania naukowe, eksperymenty, korzystanie z instrumentów technicznych i gier do odkrywania Ziemi i nieba, w celu poszukiwania rozwiązań dla ratowania naszej planety.
Dzieci prowadzą dziennik laboratoryjny, a do każdej misji nagrywany jest przez młodych ludzi, raport. Codziennie wieczorem emitowany jest film lub film dokument o Ziemi lub Kosmosie. Program „Astronauci w Lesie” oraz raporty z działalności obozów letnich cieszą się dużym zainteresowaniem. Mają wielu odbiorców za pośrednictwem strony internetowej Avventure Panda i sieci społecznych. Panda Avventure dostarcza także informacje prasowe w postaci biuletynu oraz przez współpracę z gazetami i czasopismami.

ARISS jest okazją dla studentów do doświadczenia emocji krótkofalarskich dzięki bezpośredniej rozmowie radiowej z członkiem załogi na pokładzie Międzynarodowej Stacji Kosmicznej. Był to kontakt poprzez telemost z naziemną stacją ARISS K6DUE położoną w Silver Spring, MD, USA.
Jest to wydarzenie przełożone po nieudanym kontakcie bezpośrednim planowanym na piątek 01 lipca 2011 roku.

| ARISS contact planned for school in Ispica, Italy
Friday, October 14 2011 at approximately 11:03 UTC, which is 13:03 CEST, an ARISS contact is planned for Istituto Superiore "G. Curcio", Ispica, Italy.
This High School has various courses which deal with different subjects such as Scientific, Linguistic, Classical and others dedicated to Professional and Technical studies. The school is divided into two buildings with different facilities and laboratories for Chemistry and Physics. There are also Language and Computer Labs, a Library and a Gym.
The student population is about 1,500 and there are about 100 teachers. The school and especially the students have been greatly motivated to take part in this project with the ISS because of their interests and fields of study. Students are very open-minded and ready for new experiences. There are many projects running that stimulate and promote their curiosity, such as training courses with companies in the commercial and tourist field, cultural exchange, programs with other European countries, participatiion in the International Conference NHSMUN at the UN in New York City and presently the radio contact with the International Space Station.
The contact will be a telebridge operated by W6SRJ located in Santa Rosa, California.
The event will be webstreamed live video on http://www.livestream.com/AMSAT_Italia/
The audio of the contact will probably be distributed by EchoLink AMSAT (node 101 377) and JK1ZRW (node 277 208) Conference servers, as well as by IRLP Discovery Reflector 9010.
The conversation will be in English. Students will ask as many of following questions as time allows:

ARISS offers an opportunity for students to experience the excitement of Amateur Radio by talking directly with crewmembers onboard the International Space Station. The Complex of Secondary Schools (Zespol Szkol Technicznych, ZST) is located in one of the oldest and most beautiful towns of Upper Silesia, Mikolow.
It is the oldest school in this region, founded in 1924, which provides education for four years on a technical level, two or three years on a vocational
level, and Further Education School for adults. The education subjects are the following: information technology, electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, car mechanics and starting from this year economical-administrative, car mechanics, machining centre operators, craftsmen (multi-vocational classes), mechanical engineering with maturity examination. School runs re-qualification courses for production plants and factories' employees and courses for the unemployed people. There are about ninety well-qualified teachers and 750 students attend the school.
The Complex of Secondary Schools holds a QUALITY CERTIFICATE ISO 9002 and is equipped with the modern technological equipment gained thanks to the European Union support finances. There are modern training centres: computer use, modern controlling techniques using microprocessor controller units for welding, numerically controlled machines, computer aiding of technological processes. They take part in national and international programs or projects like Leonardo da Vinci and Socrates.

Presentation:
The Space Laboratory of Herzliya Science Center is an initiative of the City of Herzliya,Israel. Our main goal is to encourage students to learn Space Science and Satellite Technologies by allowing young school students to take part in space projects.
Our pupils come from middle and high schools in Herzliya and in surrounding cities. We currently have 300+ pupils learning astronomy, space and satellites engineering, and 50+ pupils involved in practical projects related to building our first satellite. These projects are acknowledged for the State matriculation exams.
The facilities of our Space Lab include an amateur radio station, a satellite tracking and monitoring ground segment, and a clean room specially programmed for designing and building of cubesat satellites. The amateur radio station of HSL is sponsored by IARC – Israel Amateur Radio Club, and is used for training our students as HAM radio operators, as well as training IARC members for advanced radio licenses.
This will be a direct radio contact operated by 4X4HSC. The conversation will be conducted in English.
Students will ask as many of following qustions as time allows.

Station IK1SLD in Italy will call OR4ISS at approximately 09:49 UTC.
The ISS (High School) “Marconi” was founded in 1940. The institute is specialized in technological field and at the same time it is a scientific high school (applied science). There are more than 600 students and the ARI (Radioamateur Association of Bari) is a part of the ISS “Marconi” body. The Institute has participated in EduSat project, headed by ASI (Italian Space Agency) in collaboration with IMT – Ingegneria Marketing e Tecnologia (Italian SME). The ISS “Marconi” was the main Institute among South Italy High Schools involved in the above project. EduSAT is still in progress and the students are studying aerospace concept such as space environment, space telecommunication, satellite subsystems and so on. A Technological Satellite Simulator has been realized by IMT to help students make experiments in the laboratory.
Students will ask as many of the following questions as time allows:
1. Is it hard to get used to spatial disorientation?
2. Are on-board computers built with special care to survive in the space?
3. Is the recycling system of O2 (oxygen) and H2O (water) self-sufficient, and if not, to what extent?

Station HB9TSO in Switzerland will call OR4ISS at approximately 14:21 UTC.
The Rehabilitation Center in Affoltern am Albis belongs to the Children’s University Hospital Zurich. The center is specialized in the treatment of children and adolescents who suffer from congenital or acquired diseases and injuries.
Each rehabilitation process aims at allowing the patient to achieve as much functional independence as possible, helping them and their families to obtain greater quality of life.
The children and teenagers stay in family-like living groups that correspond with their individual skills and needs. They are taught in small groups in the hospital school and each patient follows their own individual therapy schedule. Pediatric rehabilitation is carried out in collaboration between professionals such as doctors, nurses, therapists, neuropsychologists and therapeutic pedagogues. Working in close cooperation with the families is considered very important and forms an essential part of the patient’s treatment program.
Students will ask as many of the following questions as time allows:

16. Do you also need oxygen to sleep or not?
17. If all the pieces of the spaceship are sent to space separately, how can they arrive at the same place?
18. Why did the Soviets send a dog to the Universe?
