| Rozmawiałem jakiś czas temu ze znajomym z Rosji, który chciałby uczestniczyć w programie PGA, ale niestety barierą jest język. Czy nie uważacie że dobrze by było gdyby strona spga.pl była dostępna w języku angielskim?

| To samo mam ze znajomym z Colorado. Nie idzie sie doszukac angielskiej wersji. Strasznie marudzil na angielska obsluge www PZK. Nie dziwie mu sie. Pewnie laptop z angielska wersja portalu utonął w jeziorze ,-)

Admission
PGA is a high-performance diploma program created in order to interest amateurs in establishing radio communications with various Polish municipalities and to encourage them to organize field radio expeditions. It was created on the initiative of radio amateurs active in the ether and with similar enthusiasts in the country and around the world in mind.
1. The publisher of the Diplomas and Certificates covered by the PGA program is the SPGA.PL Portal in cooperation with the PGA Team.
All official PGA program information is posted on the SPGA or PGA Competition website.
All correspondence regarding the program should be sent to the following address: logi (at) spga.pl. Licensed broadcasters and listeners may participate in the PGA program.
Certificates and Diplomas
1. The Diplomas and Certificates include contacts with communes included in the official "PGA List of Communes" posted on spga.pl or PGA Zawody.
Contacts made after January 1, 2008 on amateur bands are included.
Certificates are awarded from January 1, 2008, Diplomas - from July 1, 2008.
Communications made by repeaters are not counted.
2. Diplomas from the PGA-H and PGA-E series are awarded on the basis of a list of contacts provided by an Expedition participant and on the basis of logs for participation in amateur radio competitions organized by the PGA Team.
Attention! The municipality from which the ham (or club station) works permanently or temporarily is considered to be PGA approved to his / her PGA status.
3.There are the following three types of PGA Diplomas awarded separately for work on the HF bands:
- PGA-H - Diplomas for Municipal Hunters - diplomas awarded for communication with radio stations installed in various municipalities.
- PGA-E - Diplomas for expedition organizers and participants - for organizing ham radio expeditions to municipalities.
- PGA-S - Special diplomas - for communal activities from poviats and voivodships.
4.The basic documents when applying for the PGA-E and PGA-S Diplomas are Certificates. They are awarded to amateurs for carrying out at least 100 QSOs from a given municipality. The required amount of connectivity can be achieved on re-expeditions.
The certificate is generated automatically after adding the log to the spga.pl database. The condition for adding a log from the expedition is to send to the address logi (at) spga.pl photo documentation confirming the stay in the municipality and the adif log with the name in the format: pga_znak date, eg: "EA01_sq8jcb_p 20151030.adi".
The photographic documentation must clearly identify the commune to which the expedition relates and contain at least two photos: the commune or locality board where the activation took place and the GPS pointing device. It is allowed to provide an APRS link instead of a GPS photo.
Attention! In the case of expeditions carried out before September 15, 2016, photo documentation is not required, as long as the confirmation of the expedition to a given commune is in the archives of expeditions at www.pga-zawody.pzk.pl or other websites confirming such an expedition.
Logs for activities carried out in previous years will be accepted until December 31, 2017.
From 01/01/2018, only current activities will be added to the spga.pl database.
5. The status of the commune to "Active-YES" changes after entering at least 10 QSOs from this commune into the database. Below 10 QSOs, the commune has the status of "NEW"
6. Confirmation of the QSO with a given commune is possible only on the basis of the log received from the station organizing the trip to it. The log should contain a minimum of 10 QSOs.
7. During one activity, the radio operator may only provide the PGA identifier that corresponds to the designation of the commune in which it is actually located. It is unacceptable to give several PGA determinations at the same time or to temporarily change the commune during one activity.
Diplomas and Certificates awarded under the PGA program are in electronic form (PDF) and are free of charge in this form. An amateur radio operator or a club that receives any PGA Diploma or Certificate has the right to use the PGA logo on their QSL cards.
The PGA program may be supplemented with new diplomas thematically referring to the communal division of Poland.
The interpretation of these regulations belongs to the PGA Team, whose decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
The PGA team is not responsible for damages resulting from participation in this diploma program.

Он был создан по инициативе активных радиолюбителей в эфире и с учетом энтузиастов в стране и во всем мире.
1. Издателем дипломов и сертификатов, на которые распространяется программа PGA, является портал SPGA.PL в сотрудничестве с командой PGA.
Вся официальная информация о программе PGA размещена на веб-сайте SPGA или PGA Competition.

- PGA-E - Дипломы организаторам и участникам экспедиций - за организацию радиолюбительских экспедиций в муниципалитеты.
- PGA-S - Специальные дипломы - за коммунальную деятельность от повятов и воеводств.
4. Основными документами при подаче заявления на получение дипломов PGA-E и PGA-S являются сертификаты. Они присуждаются любителям за проведение не менее 100 QSO из данного муниципалитета. Необходимое количество подключений может быть достигнуто во время повторных экспедиций.
Сертификат создается автоматически после добавления журнала в базу spga.pl. Условием добавления журнала экспедиции является отправка на адрес logi (at) spga.pl фото документации, подтверждающей пребывание в муниципалитете, и журнала adif с именем в формате: дата pga_znak, например: «EA01_sq8jcb_p 20151030. ади ".
В фотодокументации должна быть четко указана община, к которой относится экспедиция, и должно быть как минимум две фотографии: доска коммуны или местности, где произошла активация, и навигатор GPS. Допускается предоставление ссылки APRS вместо фотографии GPS.
Внимание! В случае экспедиций, проведенных до 15 сентября 2016 г., фотодокументация не требуется, если подтверждение экспедиции в данную гмину доступно в архивах экспедиций на сайте www.pga-zawody.pzk.pl или в другом месте. сайты, подтверждающие такую экспедицию.
Отчеты по деятельности, выполненной в предыдущие годы, принимаются до 31 декабря 2017 года.
С 01.01.2018 в базу spga.pl будут добавляться только текущие действия.
5. Статус коммуны на «Активно-ДА» меняется после внесения в базу не менее 10 QSOs из этой коммуны. Ниже 10 QSO коммуна имеет статус "NEW".
6. Подтверждение QSO с данной коммуной возможно только на основании журнала, полученного от станции, организующей поездку к ней. Журнал должен содержать минимум 10 QSO.
7. Во время одного действия радист может предоставить только идентификатор PGA, который соответствует обозначению населенного пункта, в котором он фактически находится. Недопустимо давать несколько определений PGA одновременно или временно менять коммуну во время одного вида деятельности.
Дипломы и сертификаты, присуждаемые по программе PGA, выдаются в электронной форме (PDF) и предоставляются бесплатно в этой форме. Радиолюбитель или клуб, получивший любой Диплом или Сертификат PGA, имеют право использовать логотип PGA на своих карточках QSL.
Программа PGA может быть дополнена новыми дипломами, тематически относящимися к коммунальному делению Польши.
Интерпретация этих правил принадлежит команде PGA, решения которой окончательны и обжалованию не подлежат.
Команда PGA не несет ответственности за ущерб, причиненный в результате участия в этой дипломной программе.

| Przy okazji regulaminu: w drugim punkcie pierwszym (no tak tam jest) link do strony spga.pl jest błędnie dowiązany do strony docelowej. Trzeba przeedytować.
