jak widać na stronie ... niestety od lutego download jest wyłączony :-(

Because of all this being a home brewing project, I am afraid that until I find myself another free website server, the 4nec2 software and any updates will not be available anymore.

pozostaje nadzieja że autor programu wznowi dostępność za jakiś czas...

Są ludzie którzy rozwijają 4NEC2 (szkoda, że autorowi się znudziło

)
Zrekompilowany w C++ fortranowski algorytm, podobno rewelacyjnie działa: -NEC2/MP for free - http://users.otenet.gr/~jmsp/
