If you look thru the archives there is a Murata filter that is the same, price the same also form Digikey I think...

CFWLB455KEFA-B0 (this is the 15kHz filter)
CFWLB455KGFA-B0 (this is the 9kHz filter)
The Murata CFWLB filters have exactly the same electrical data (impedance, stopband, size, etc.) so it is safe to use them.
