Remove Memory from slots. Remove Battery.
By the Chipset. The thing with the copper pipe coming from it. to the left. 2 Big blobs of Solder. Labelled CE0902 short these out. The two furthest away. Almost under the ICASA modem board. This will remove the BIOS password. Blank it. Memory in. Reboot. Warning about CMOS power low will go away. Replace battery. F1 to load defaults. All should be fine.
