Prawdopodobnie taki sam efekt dało by włożenie gdzieś w dipola rezystora kilku omowego.
Jako zaletę DB dał bym to że jest zwarta elekrycznie,
Jako wady - kabel koncentryczny który po nasiąknięciu wodą (bo czas, bo łasice przegryzą) będzie dawał straty dużo większe.
