Zrobiłeś dokładnie to, o czym pisałem. Zwróciłeś się do gwaranta, który daje Ci 3 lata gwarancji. Sprzedawca nie zawsze jest gwarantem (najczęściej nie jest).
Edit:
Con-spark prowadzi autoryzowany serwis, więc wydaje mi się, że oni powinni zrealizować naprawę gwarancyjną, bez względu na miejsce zakupu.
