As described in the warranty card, our product has a 3 year warranty.
Therefore, it is three years from the date of purchase.
If the usage of that radio is correct, it is considered within warranty. For details, please check the warranty card.
We recommend that you ask the shop you purchased or it to Authorized distributor for repair.
