Kosowo Pan mowisz? To uznajemy,ale nie uznajemy do dyplomow... i gratulujemy,ze hamsi sie aktywowali... i uznajemy,ze legalna wladza (czyt. wspierani przez nas separatysci są ok) ma swoj urzad telekomunikacyjny a ten stworzyl regulacje umozliwiajace dzialnie HAMsom... wot czort... hipokryzja jakas czy cos? Nie... zwykla polityka. Kosowo jest ok,bo oderwane od "zlej" Serbii.. uznane przez ponad 100 czlonkow ONZ... i lodzio miodzio. I tyle empiria na temat bajdurzen o idealach. ;-)
Nikt nie zająknąl sie nawet o UNLISowatości stacji z Kosowa... dlaczego? Ciekawe ;-)

Congratulations to the team which helped to reintroduce Amateur Radio
to Kosovo, and welcome back to the airwaves to the returning Hams.
As of this time Z60K, and/or any other Z6 station, will not count for
any entity for DXCC awards purposes as they do not qualify under the
DXCC rules. Any future change in Kosovo's DXCC status will be
announced by ARRL.

In-line with this information from NC1L, Club Log maps Z6 QSOs as "INVALID", starting 2012-09-12, which is the date on which Kosovo’s telecommunications regulatory authority created the necessary legal framework for the development of an Amateur Radio Service in the Republic of Kosovo, by approving its Regulation for Amateur Radio Services.
