Artur a o co chodzi z tym zakazem. Przecież w tym akurat wycinku można nadawać ALL MODE. Czy chodzi tu o to że to bedzie nadawane z balonu. Czyli gdyby RTTY było nadawane z ziemi to by nie było problemu.
