Unfortunately this feature is not yet implemented. I have it in my to-do list.
At this moment it is possible only to set the rotor refresh rate (Setup/Rotor Refresh Rate). The maximum value is 5 seconds. This means that the rotor will move only after 5 seconds from the last moving.
I’ll inform you when the new feature SETUP DEGREES will be implemented in PstRotator.
