I am living in Poland(Wroclaw) since some time and would like to get on the bands.
I would like to know what prefix should I use when operating: sp6/lz1abc or sp/lz1abc?
Also is there any restriction in time for using such type of callsign and should I at some point apply for Polish one?
Another thing is that I would like to put an antenna on the roof of the block (Inv-v). The organization type is "wspólnota mieszkaniowa". The question is who should I ask for permission: The company that is taking care of maintaining the building or the neighbours.
