3Y0J Bouvet Island News 3 February 2023 Part 2 3Y0J Bouvet Island DXpedition Status Update 4 team members have spent 4 days on the island under difficult conditions. All team members are now back on the vessel and everyone is safe. Bouvet has proved to be a difficult destination to activate, and the team is now adjusting our plans before we return to the island. The wx forecast for the weekend indicates a storm with 60 knot wind Sunday/Monday and depending on this storm we will assess the situation and go onshore when conditions are good. This will not be a fullscale operation as planned but a smaller setup. We have a good overview of the camp and the possibilities, and will attempt to continue building the camp. Część 2 3Y0J Aktualizacja statusu DXpedycji na Wyspę Bouveta Czterech członków zespołu spędziło na wyspie 4 dni w trudnych warunkach. Wszyscy członkowie zespołu są teraz z powrotem na statku i wszyscy są bezpieczni. Bouvet okazało się trudnym miejscem do aktywacji, a zespół dostosowuje teraz nasze plany przed powrotem na wyspę. Prognoza wx na weekend wskazuje na sztorm z wiatrem o sile 60 węzłów w niedzielę/poniedziałek iw zależności od tego sztormu ocenimy sytuację i wypłyniemy na ląd, gdy warunki będą dobre. Nie będzie to operacja na pełną skalę zgodnie z planem, ale mniejsza konfiguracja. Mamy dobry przegląd obozu i możliwości i będziemy próbować kontynuować budowę obozu.
