The station was located on Polish Antarctic Base "Henryk Arctowski" , on King George Island (IOTA AN-010), Admiralty Bay. HF0POL used to have many operators during different activities (winter expeditions to south pole) . Each operator has his own QSL manager for activity in adequate year. Please check the date of your QSO. Since 2016 HF0POL is a basic polish contest call sign which will be active from Poland and no King George Island anymore. Please do not associate this callsign with Polish Arctic Station. Since 2016 HF0POL is managed by SP9GMK - for this moment QSL direct only [...] Since March 2016 HF0POL is no connected to the Arctowski Base anymore. This is now polish contest call sign. |
