Zbadałem temat oznaczeń na BF998 SMD. I tak generalnie jest oznaczenie MO. MO - Vishay, Siemens MOp - dawne oznaczenie Philips, występuje w datesheet'ach również NXP MOs - dawny Siemens teraz również Infineon MOW - NXP aktualnie sprzedawane.
