IC-746 moc w pasmie 2 m
Trzeba sprawdzić "Hey Vlad, sorry you're having trouble with the IC-746. One of the indicators you have as a problem is the SWR reading is very high. It doesn't matter what the external meter is indicating. The detection circuit on the inside of the IC-746 is using that value to determine the power output. If it senses a high SWR it will cut your power output to protect the final transistors. The 2 meter detector is D603 and it's fed to a comparator IC which will send a signal level back to the ALC circuit to reduce the power when needed. The actual start of the circuit is in a region of the 746 called the APC. So, if the 2 meter PA has a good path to the 2 meter SO-239 antenna connector there should not be a high SWR with a proper load. Check the continuity from the PA to the antenna connector and see if it's good. After that you would need to check the APC and ALC circuits for any problems.
Hope this helps
