| Artur a o co chodzi z tym zakazem. Przecież w tym akurat wycinku można nadawać ALL MODE. Czy chodzi tu o to że to bedzie nadawane z balonu. Czyli gdyby RTTY było nadawane z ziemi to by nie było problemu. Nic tu nie piszą że z balonu nie można. 144.500-144.794MHz All Modes* This area of the 144MHz band is allocated to any mode with a maximum bandwidth of 20kHz. Here you can find a mixture of telephony and other modes that include facsimile (fax), radio-teletype (RTTY) and slow-scan television (SSTV). The use of amplitude modulation (AM) is also acceptable within the All Modes segment but users are asked to consider adjacent channel activity when selecting operating frequencies.
