| Dear Tomas, some days ago I sent you some worlds on ukhas googlegroup. The essence of this was: at 13. febr. we have the second anniversary of our cubesat, Masat-1. The central part of this ceremony will be a conference at the Technical Univ. Budapest. But before the conference, we, mainly the members of our sat follower,s group, "muholdasok" plan to launch a small party balloon with our best wishes to Masat-1. This is not a real balloon-action, the main actor of this day is our Masat-1, but finally we decided to put to this small balloon a small telemetry transmitter, working on 433 ISM band, transmit only beacon, the call-sign. If the high altitude wind streams keep the present directions, it has chance, the balloon will fly in North direction, and reach you. We hope, you will be interesting to try to listen it.
