Proszę bardzo, cytat poniżej: I have just uploaded a new software version for people how want to try out the very latest developments. It is beta software, so please be careful. Please note: from this version onwards, the network communication between the board and the Configurator became a little more "secure". On the board, a sort of "password" is being generated which has to be used by the Configurator to talk to the board (SNMP community string). This _only_ works with newer versions of the Configurator (>= C.1.00.07). So, please download the Configurator update as well. Here now all the new developments which will be in the regular software version also: - there are several "screens" you can choose with the lower right button; a short time after switching from one screen to another the "screen name" will be displayed in the upper left corner; on the bottom of the screen a hint is displayed about the functions of the other lower buttons - you can now adjust the volume of the headphone connector, and you can do that in every screen with the side buttons (if they are not otherwise configured in certain screens); on the display in the lower right corner a small number will be displayed (range -57 to +6) this is the gain of the output in dB - the biggest change is the introduction of a "REFLECTOR" screen; here you can choose the operating mode of the board; at the moment, "DSTAR Modem" and "DCS Internet" can be selected; with "DSTAR Modem" you can have a QSO in DSTAR over an FM transceiver connected to the board; with "DCS Internet" you connect to a DCS reflector without HF over the Internet; setup a connection with "CONNECT", disconnect with "DISC" - there is a screen called "AUDIO"; at the moment, only the current microphone level is shown including a short term maximum value: the built-in gain control limits the level to a value of about -25; on loud clicks the maximum value is display with inverse characters, this indicates digital clipping of the at least one audio sample - while switched to the "DSTAR" screen, you can use the lower left button as PTT - while switched to the "DSTAR" screen, you can disable audio output with the second button from the left - e.g. if you have a telephone conversation or you want to be undisturbed for a few minutes; this mute function switches itself off automatically after 60 seconds if there is no DSTAR transmission received (reflector or HF) - the screen "GPS" only shows some information if there is a GPS receiver connected to the RS232 port (standard NMEA parameters: 4800 Baud 8N1) - the screen "DEBUG" contains information that I need if something is not working correctly with the network; in this screen you can reboot the board with Key2 |
