| Good morning! Thanks for tracking, guys! Team reports, that payload was successfully recovered late last night – soon after touchdown it was found by some Lithuanian, who called them on the phone, and then later they met him and got the payload back. I hope the IRBE team has learnt some valuable lessons from their first flight (testing, GPS issues, setting the correct flight mode, calculating the correct lift, ..) and will launch again sometime in the future.
SP5ULN, I'm really impressed how accurate your triangulation was over such distance! | | | SP5ULN | 11.04.2015 12:07:29 |

| Hi, Yes, it is old but still working good technique. It was used with good results in 2013 when HAB from SP was flying East with broken GPS. Few stations took measurements and tracking was working well. For several hours we knew where it was and what was its path. http://sp7pki.iq24.pl/default.asp?grupa=75798&temat=347026&nr_str=10 _________________ 73! Piotr SP5ULN |
